John Bouse is one of the founding principals of Gage Consulting Engineers, Inc. He has 35 years of experience in engineering design and project management - at various levels of healthcare facilities and educational buildings, as well as municipal, commercial and industrial facilities. John has strong proficiency in using appropriate methods and materials for the efficient design of buildings.

Education and Registration
John is a graduate of the University of Iowa, and Northwestern University College of Engineering. He is a registered engineer in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Arizona.

Associations and Memberships
John is a member of numerous associations including the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), American Society of Plumbing Engineers, National Fire Protection Association and Healthcare Engineers Society of Northern Illinois. He holds the post of secretary of the Council of American Mechanical & Electrical Engineers (CAMEE) and he is an ASHRAE-certified Healthcare Facility Design Professional (HFDP).
